Autumn adventures

14.10.2013 - 18.10.2013

Visit the world of the Vikings!

Viking activities

Ribe VikingeCenter buzzes with life and activity during the autumn half-term (week 42)!

Whinnying and the sound of horseshoes ring through the air as the Vikings and their herd of Icelandic horses give a breathtaking riding display. At the archery range you can try your own hand with the bow and arrows, and the falconer's large bird will allow itself to be tempted by a tasty hunk of meat and send a chill through the watching crowd as it dives down among them. Also, two days are marked for the autumn slaughter.
