Flatbread with bacon, onion and cheese

Snack, anyone? Imagine a flatbread topped with fresh cream cheese, crispy smoked bacon, caramelized onions and a green sprinkle of thyme.

Procedure

Make the flatbreads and the fresh cream cheese.

Cook the pork on both sides in a frying pan. Season with thyme. Transfer the pork to a plate and set aside.

Cook the onions in the pork fat. Season with thyme and salt. Cook until the onions take colour and become soft.

To serve, start with a warm flatbread and a spread of cream cheese. Place a slice of bacon on top, then some onions and a sprinkle of thyme
