Mashed broad beans with garlic

This delicious mash of broad beans is a great accompaniment for dinner. Remember, you can add your favorite herbs.

Procedure

Mash the beans with the back of a spoon, in a mortar or a blender. Add the garlic and salt to taste.

Serve as a dip or spread. Broad beans can be replaced by white beans or chickpeas
