Make a Viking shield
Surely, a Viking needs a shield. The shield was used both for defence and as a weapon in battle.
You can quite quickly build a shield from the cardboard of a large box, and afterwards the shield must be decorated. It is entirely up to you to decide which colours and patterns should go on your shield. Perhaps you would like to write your name in runes on it? Anything is possible. Find the instructions here:
