Opening hours and admission

Ribe VikingeCenter is open from the end of April
until the middle of October.
Admission tickets can be purchased at the entrance.
We kindly ask groups to contact us in advance.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome in Ribe VikingeCenter. They must, however, be kept on a short leash as we have farm animals (e.g. cats and free-range chickens) on the grounds. Also, some Viking reenactors have dogs at their camps and other visitors bring their dogs, too. There will indeed be many distractions for your dog.

  • Dogs are welcome
  • Dogs are free of charge
  • Dogs must be on a short leash at all times
  • You must clean up after your dog. Please bring a supply of disposable bags.

Disabled identification card

We accept disabled identification cards, but we go by the Danish regulations. When you present a DID card stating that you need a carer or other adult person to assist you during your visit, we offer free admission to this person. Simply show your DID card at the ticket sale.
