Grilled chicken

Procedure

Butterfly the chicken: cut out the chicken’s backbone and press the bird flat. Place it
with skin side up.

Carefully loosen the skin on the chicken breasts and legs by moving your finger
underneath the skin. Distribute the herb butter under the skind.

Grill the chicken at medium heat and flip it several times during cooking. It needs
to cook at least 1 hour (core temp. 75oC)
