Christian missionaries arrive in Ripa with permission to build a church. It is meant to benefit the town’s prosperity, and Jarl Roald does not content himself with being baptised alone; he orders everyone in the town to do the same.

The film series RIPA has been created by Ribe VikingeCenter with support from the Nordea Foundation.
